God Is On The Move!!
Summer is always a time to be refreshed. A time for vacation to rest physically and hear from the Lord spiritually. Because in the Fall ministry kicks back in gear in many ways (New stidues, new small groups, new men's and women's ministry seasons, etc.).
We've watched the Lord do some amazing things since August 1st at Calvary North Church. Here's a list to Praise God for:
1) We've seen 12 people come to know Christ so far! WOW!
2) We've introduced our new Family Pastor and his family (Efren & Temmy Alejo). Efren will be focused on planning Family events, overseeing the Children's ministry crew (Linda, Terri, & Negin) to help continue to grow that ministry, and also overseeing Youth ministry to relauch that for our teens.
3) We've begun to organize Awana's kids ministry program for our mid week service.
4) On September 17th we are starting a weeekly Wednesday night service with worship and Bible teaching through the book of Revelation. At the same time we will have Awana's for kids 4-12 years old and Youth ministry for the teens. I enocurage you to sign up and join a team!
5) We've launched a new website to be more current and userfriendly.
6) Plans are in the city for a sanctuary remodel in 2026. More info will come in time.
7) The church continues to grow!
So as you can see...God is on the move in a mighty way at Calvary North Church. What a blessing to serve everyone in the family there!
